Ashtyn Wobig as the Raider Athletes of the Week, presented by American State Bank, for their performances during the week of February 16th.
MALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Jalen Langsy, Men's Basketball
- Langsy (So., Shakopee, Minn.) help the Raiders to a huge GPAC win over #21 Morningside on Wednesday with 36 points.
- The sophomore was 9-16 from beyond the arc as Northwestern was one three-pointer shy of a program record.
- Langsy added seven assists, three rebounds, and three steals in Wednesday's upset.
FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Ashtyn Wobig, Women's Basketball
- Wobig (Sr., Salem, S.D.) led her team to their fourth straight win on Wednesday, with 24 points and her best shooting performance of the season.
- The senior was 9-13 from the floor and a cool 5-5 from beyond the arc, while adding seven rebounds, four assists, and three steals.
- Wobig had a quiet performance in the Raiders' fifth straight win on Saturday with seven points, three assists, three rebounds, and two steals.
