Dance Picked Sixth in GPAC Preseason Poll

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Northwestern competitive dance team has been picked sixth in the GPAC Preseason Coaches' Poll for the 2026 season.

The 2025 GPAC Championships saw Northwestern place sixth with an overall score of 73.37. The Raiders posted a season-high score of 73.57 in the finals of the conference competition, allowing them to move up two spots.

Defending national champion Midland was picked to win the GPAC with eight first-place votes.

Here are the full results of the GPAC Preseason Coaches' Poll:
1. Midland – 64 pts. (8 first-place votes)
2. Doane – 53 pts.
3. Morningside – 48 pts.
T4. Concordia – 41 pts.
T4. Dordt – 41 pts.
6. Northwestern – 25 pts.
7. Hastings – 24 pts.
8. College of Saint Mary – 16 pts.
9. Briar Cliff – 12 pts.

The Raiders will open the year on Saturday, January 24 at the Dordt Invite.
