Orange City, Iowa– The Raiders took home a 4-3 win over an NCAA DII school in University of Sioux Falls on Sunday afternoon. Northwestern took home the doubles point 2-1 with wins in flight 1 and 2. The teams then split the 6 singles matches but the big turning point came from Madalyn Kolb. After splitting sets one and two the match came down to a 10-point tiebreaker. Kolb found herself trailing 4-8 in the tiebreaker before winning the next 5 points to make it 9-8 and she went on to win the tiebreaker 11-9 and it proved to be the deciding factor to win the team match.
