Raiders Place Third at Midwest Spring NAIA Invite

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Northwestern men's golf placed third at the Midwest Spring NAIA Invite, hosted by Kansas Wesleyan University at Colbert Hills. Qwenton Caldwell led the Red Raiders with a fifth-place finish.

Caldwell used a -4 in the second round to catapult into the top 10, setting the stage for his first top-10 finish this year. His 68 also marked a season-best.

Also in the top 20 for the Raiders was Ray Greller and Axton Miller, with Greller posting his best score of the tournament in the first round and Miller reaching 72 in the final round.

Bellevue (Neb.) won the invite with an 875 (+11), scoring 19 strokes ahead of second-place Hastings. Bellevue's Cayden Wynne (209, -7) was the individual champion.
