Parmelee and Grove Qualify for NAIA Championships

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Northwestern has received two qualifying bids to the 2025 NAIA Wrestling National Championships, hosted by Visit Wichita. The event will begin on Thursday, March 6, running through Saturday, March 8 at Park City Arena in Park City, Kansas.

Junior Noah Parmelee and freshman Kaleb Grove qualified for the event based off of their performances at the GPAC Championships, where Parmelee placed third and Grove fourth.

At 141 pounds, Parmelee went 4-1 at the meet, defeating No. 19 Zach Zitek in the third-place match and compiling a season record of 15-8.

Grove qualified in the 197-pound class, going 3-2 at the conference meet in his first collegiate season. On the year, he holds a record of 13-6.
