Blum Headlines Women’s Slate with 400m Title

MITCHELL, S.D. – Emma Blum claimed a GPAC title in the 400m, while Aubrey DeGroot and the 4x800m team both finished second at today's GPAC Championships.

Blum hit the provisional mark for the second time this season in the 400m, running the event in 58.18. Aubrey DeGroot matched her personal best with a provisional mark in the high jump, while Emily DeGroot also put up a top-three placement in the 3K. The 4x800m squad of Abby Ervin, Savonne Sterk, Macy Schroeder, and Brielle Engelmann ran a time of 9:46.57 to pick up an all-conference spot as well.
