Raiders Complete First Half of Season in Sioux City

NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. – Northwestern's cross country teams made it back out to the course this week, competing at the Briar Cliff Invite at Adams Homestead and Nature Preserve.

Emily De Groot paced the team with a time of 23:10.2 for a top-25 finish, followed closely behind by Kayden Spencer's collegiate PR in the 6K at 23:53.7.

Macy Schroeder, Mya Romero, and Kendra Zeutenhorst also posted personal bests to round out the scoring runners for Northwestern.

The University of South Dakota won the event with 25 team points, led by first-place finisher Geneva Timmerman.
