Raiders Slide to No. 16 in NAIA Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Heading into the final month of the regular season, Northwestern has been ranked No. 16 in the NAIA Coaches' Poll.

Despite a three-game losing stretch in the last two weeks, Northwestern got back on track with a 73-64 win over Mount Marty last Saturday. They still are the most efficient offensive team in the NAIA, holding a field goal percentage of 54.8% and three-point percentage of 41.6%. Kaleb Booth has the top three-point percentage in the country (63.0%), and Alex Van Kalsbeek is third in the GPAC in points per game (21.7). As a team, the Raiders are fifth in the NAIA in scoring average (89.1).

Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) moved back into the top spot, while LSU Alexandria (La.), Georgetown (Ky.), College of Idaho, and The Master's (Calif.) round out the top five.

Northwestern is one of four GPAC teams represented in the poll, joining Dordt, Concordia, and Morningside.
