Huss Breaks 60m Record, Blum Hits Provisional Mark at Dennis Young Classic

STORM LAKE, Iowa – It was another successful weekend on and around the track for the Red Raiders, who competed at the Dennis Young Classic, hosted by Buena Vista University.

Tierney Huss dazzled with three event wins and a school record-breaking time of 7.79 in the 60m. Emma Blum also hit the provisional mark in the 400m, with both Huss and Blum breaking meet records. Jacie Vander Waal took first in the high jump, Maiya Speer won the pole vault, and Kenna Gustafson had the best triple jump mark.

10 PRs were met for the Raider women as they completed their fourth meet of the indoor season.
