RECAP | NWC 3, Southeastern Oklahoma State 0

ORANGE CITY, Iowa - The Northwestern College esports Overwatch varsity team faced off against Southeastern Oklahoma University for the final match of their regular season. Coming off a spring break with only two scheduled practices, it was safe to say rustiness was the hurdle that the Raiders would need to overcome. They did this and then some by sweeping the number two team in the division to take sole possession of first place in the division, finishing their perfect regular season. Senior Luke "LBVDBLVDonDVD" Van Dyke was a big reason for the team's successful last match, and successful season as a whole. Luke's flexibility and willingness to fill any role for the team after a roster shuffle halfway through the year has made it easier for the Raider's to keep their success rolling. Luke and the Raiders will start their postseason against North Dakota State University on March 21. NDSU is 4-3 and beat both Wartburg and UHD to make the playoffs last Thursday.
