Noah Van Donkersgoed (Sioux Falls, S.D.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his basketball career at Northwestern College.

Van Donkersgoed is a 6'5" forward who completed a standout career playing for Sioux Falls Christian. Van Donkersgoed earned second team all-state honors after leading his team to the South Dakota Class A State Championship and a 20-5 record. He averaged 16.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game to go with 39 blocks. Van Donkersgoed shot better than 60% from the field also claimed all-conference honors. He is the son of Al and Sherra Van Donkersgoed.

"Noah is an excellent athlete and is going to continue to improve during his time here at Northwestern," said Head Coach Kris Korver. "Noah comes from a winning program at Sioux Falls Christian, helping his team to the state title this spring. He rebounds and defends well and is a competitor. We are excited to have Noah join our Northwestern basketball program."
