Game Time... The Northwestern College men's soccer team will host Concordia this weekend for one of four quarterfinal matches in the 2020-21 Great Plains Athletic Conference postseason tournament. Saturday's game will be held on Korver Field and is set to start at 7pm.Â

2020 GPAC Men's Soccer Postseason Tournament Bracket...The winner of the GPAC Tournament will advance, as the league's second automatic representative, to the NAIA National Men's Soccer National Championship Opening Round (on April 22-24). If the regular season champion (Morningside) wins the Tournament, the regular season runner-up (Briar Cliff) will receive the second NAIA berth to the postseason.Â
The NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship Final Site is in Columbia County, Georgia, May 4-10, 2021, at Blanchard Woods Park.  Â

The Rivalry...Northwestern holds a 17-14-2 advantage in the all-time series, dating back to the 1995 season, the first year of the Raiders soccer program. Northwestern has dropped its last two matches and is just 2-7-1 in its last 10 games against Concordia. The Raiders last win over the Bulldogs was a 2-1 home victory in 2017.
Earlier This Season...Northwestern was shutout by the Bulldogs, 4-0, in a game played in Seward, Neb. on Sept. 26. Trailing 1-0 at halftime, Concordia put three in the back of the net over the final 45 minutes, two by Garrett Perry, who also scored in the first half and recorded the hat trick. Federico Andrea Simonetti totaled five saves and earned the shutout win.Â
The Raiders had 10 total shots, five on frame, led by Brennan Haggerty with two.
