Kyler Vander Velde (
Sioux Falls, S.D.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his track and field career at Northwestern College this fall.
Vander Velde is a 5'10" sprinter who has competed three years for the Roosevelt High School track and field team heading into his senior year. Vander Velde has personal bests of 7.46 in the 60m, 11.7 in the 100m and 24.3 in the 200m. He plans to study Exercise Science at Northwestern and is the son of Sarah and Scott.

Scott Bahrke. "Kyler is a great addition to our sprint crew; he is a strong, explosive athlete who will be fun to watch compete over the next four years."
