The Event...The Northwestern College men's tennis team resumes its spring season when they make the short trip to Yankton, S.D. for a non-conference match against Mount Marty. The match takes place at the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center (800 Archery Lane) and will begin at 6pm.

Of Late...Northwestern is unbeaten in its last three matches against Mount Marty, including a 5-2 win last fall. 

Recapping the Fall Match...Brian Vanden Berg won both his singles and doubles matches in leading Northwestern to a 5-2 win against the Lancers. Vanden Berg dropped just one game in his No.1 singles match and then earned a 6-2 win at No.1 doubles with partner Chris Jelken. 

Aaron Schorg and Nick VanRijs also picked up wins in singles. 

About Mount Marty...The Lancers are 0-1 in the GPAC, 0-2 overall.
