Northwestern College was shutout against Concordia 2-0 in a GPAC women's soccer match-up played this afternoon in Seward, Neb. The Raiders fall to 0-3 in the conference, 0-3-1 overall; Concordia earned its third straight win and stays unbeaten in the GPAC at 3-0, 3-1 overall.Â
The teams played a scoreless first half but the host Bulldogs put the first goal across during the 54th minute when Grace Soenksen scored off a pass from Mikeila Martinez. Kadyn Lane provided an insurance goal 12 minutes later to make the final 2-0.
Kaelin Alons made two saves for the Raiders;
Abby Noonan had the team's lone shot on-goal.Â
