All-Time...In a rivalry that dates back to 1996, Northwestern leads the all-time series 16-9-5. The Raiders are 4-3-3 in their last 10 matches against Concordia, but have dropped three straight.

Concordia brings a two-match win streak into the weekend, defeating Mount Marty (12-0) and Dordt (1-0) in a pair of road matches. They lost to Bellevue in its season opener 1-0 in overtime and have outscored opponents 13-1 in three games.Â
Goines is in is first season as the Bulldogs head coach after being hired last December. He previously served in the same role at Barton College, a NCAA D-II school in North Carolina.Goines inherits a Concordia team that returns eight starters from a 2019 team that finished sixth in the GPAC with a 6-4-2 record, 6-11-2 overall.Â
