The Raider women's soccer program added one more recruit to their 2020 class with the signing of Abigail Bastian.

Abigail Bastian (Brandon, S.D.) has been a stand out goal keeper for Brandon Valley High School. She is a three-year letter winner while tending the net and was an All-Conference winner her junior year, Team MVP and Most Improved her sophomore year, and and All-Star team member and captain her senior year. Brandon Valley High School went 10-2-1 her senior year. 

"We are very excited to get Abigail on board here," commented head coach Ben Karnish. "She is a very solid keeper and is very technical. She is able to make a variety of saves and command her box. She will be a great addition to the squad on and off the field."

Bastian is also a four-year Academic Letter winner and an Academic All-State award recipient. She plans to study Biology while at Northwestern.
