Rik Dahl added two more to his program for 2020-21 this week as Josh Lewis and Trey Schuck.
Josh Lewis (Sergeant Bluff, Iowa) is coming into NWC to contribute to the wrestling program in a different way than a traditional athlete. He is planning to come in and be a sparring partner at the 184 pound weight class. Lewis plans to study Education and Criminal Justice while at Northwestern.
"Josh will bring energy and enthusiasm in the wrestling room," commented head coach
Rik Dahl. "He is coachable and we are excited to have him help our team grow in more ways than one."
Trey Schuck (Sibley, Iowa) brings a solid resume to the Raider mats. He is a four year letter winner while competing at Sibley-Ocheyedan High School. He went 41-6 his senior year and 172-25 overall. He had a 104 career pins, 130 career nearfalls, and 423 takedowns. He was a four-time state qualifier and finished 5th at state his junior year. Schuck was voted team MVP twice and was a three-time team Ironman award winner. He plans to study Physical Education while at Northwestern.

Rik Dahl. "A product of our Team Zapas program, Trey is very familiar with our system and we are very familiar with his style of wrestling. He is a competitor who eats up instruction. We believe Trey can do some great things at Northwestern and are excited for his development." In
