The Raiders went 0-2 over the weekend as they fell to Bethel University, 9-0, and Saint Mary's University, 7-2. Northwestern moves to 3-2 on the season and 2-2 this spring season. 

"Seeing the improvement from last year to this year has already been fun to watch," commented head coach Jamie De Jong. "We took games this year against two tough teams. Last year, we were not able to do that. These are the types of matches and experiences that prepare us best for conference play!"
