Game Time... The Northwestern College women's soccer team closes out the regular season this fall with three consecutive home matches, beginning with a Friday night contest against Presentation. The game is set to begin at 5pm.Â
Northwestern currently sits in 10th place in the GPAC with a 3-6 record, 1/2 game in back of College of Saint Mary and three games behind Midland in the loss column for the eighth and final spot in the eight-team GPAC postseason tournament. They are 3-6-1 overall. Presentation is 0-7-2 in the GPAC, 0-9-2 overall.

The Saints have dropped six consecutive matches since playing to a 1-1, double overtime tie against Doane on Sept. 24. They have lost to Hastings, Dordt, Briar Cliff, Mount Marty, Dakota Wesleyan and College of Saint Mary since. Presentation has been outscored 32-6 this year.
Formerly a graduate assistant at William Woods, McLean is in his second year as the head of the Saints women's soccer program. McLean played at Columbia College and also served as an assistant coach with Ottawa. Last year, Presentation finished 13th in the GPAC with a 0-10-2 record, 1-13-2 overall, and return five starters.
