Raiders Host Jamestown For Rare Monday Night Match-Up

Northwestern looks to end fall season with eight straight wins

Game Time...Thought to be the first ever Monday night game for the Raider football program, Northwestern hosts the University of Jamestown in the final game of the regular season this fall for both teams. Kickoff on Monday night, Nov. 23, is set for 6pm

Northwestern has won seven straight games and will finish second in the Great Plains Athletic Conference regular season. They are 7-1 overall. Jamestown is 1-6 this season.

All-Time...Monday night's game will be the sixth all-time in the rivalry between Northwestern and Jamestown. The Raiders have won the last four in the rivalry, outscoring the Jimmies 153-43 in the last four games. Last year, Northwestern earned a 45-6 win; the only Raider loss in the series was the first ever match-up in 2000, 23-9.

Rankings...
The Jimmies were picked to finish 10th in the GPAC preseason poll while Northwestern was picked second. Jamestown was unranked in the final poll of the 2019 season, Northwestern finished 10th in the NAIA poll. (There has been no NAIA Coaches' poll this fall). Based on the current Massey Ratings, Jamestown is 77th and the Raiders moved down two spots to seventh.
