The Raiders (3-5, 0-1 GPAC) look for their first GPAC win as they face Doane University (Neb.) (2-6, 1-0 GPAC) Saturday night at 7:15pm.
Northwestern is coming off a 1-3 loss to Concordia University (Neb.) where their goal came off a free kick but they could not generate much else from the run of play. They could not come back from the early 2-goal deficit.
The Raiders have been lead by
Jake Foscalina, who is returning after injury Saturday, and
James Bolger in the attack. Foscalina has 3 goals while Bolger has 2 goals. Five other Raiders have a goal on the year.
James Warren has been the mainstay in net for Northwestern and he has made 32 saves on the year.
Doane is coming off a 2-0 GPAC win over Dordt University and a 0-3 non-conference loss to Waldorf University.
Andreus Abner has 3 goals on the year while Josh Bundy has added 2 of his own. Sam Nelson leads the Tigers with 2 assists.
Nishesh Yadav has been the main keeper in net for the Tigers and has 35 saves on the year.
