The Raiders (1-0-1) look to stay undefeated Monday afternoon as they take on Olivet Nazarene (1-0) at 1pm at the NWC Soccer Complex. 

Northwestern is coming off a 2-0 win over Bellevue University Saturday afternoon. Maddi Avery scored both goals in the match while Tatiana Garcia and Nikky Farnsworth both had an assist. Destinee Montenegro earned the shutout as the Raiders limited Bellevue's chances to long range efforts. 

The Tigers of Olivet Nazarene University are 1-0 after a 7-1 win against Dordt University Saturday afternoon. The Tigers were efficient on the day putting in 7 of their 10 shots on goal. 

Olivet Nazarene was 5-11-2 last season but finished the season strong winning 3 of their final 5 matches. The Tigers also return all of their scoring from last season as they look to build on a strong finish. 

"It is always tough turning around and playing another match in two days," commented head coach Ben Karnish. "We had a great result Saturday and really want to build on that for Monday. Hopefully the energy remains high and there is no drop off in form."
