Ashley Monjaras
(Cheyenne, Wyo.) has signed a letter of intent to continue her cheer and golf careers at Northwestern College next fall.
Monjaras was part of a Central High School team that qualified for the state championships two years, finishing second as a junior and third as a freshman. She is a two-time All-American and plans to major in communications at Northwestern. Monjaras is the daughter of Mandy Monjaras and Tom De Lorbe.
"Ashley is a great addition to our team," commented Northwestern Competitive Cheer coach
Taylor Barthman. "She has a vast knowledge and experience in competitive cheer. We are excited to bring her positive attitude and outstanding work ethic to our team."
Monjaras played one season for the Central High School golf team where she has a personal best score of 45 for nine holes.Â
