The Red Raider (5-8, 2-4 GPAC) women's tennis team hosts Midland University (2-10, 1-2 GPAC) Tuesday afternoon. The first match is expected to start at 4pm. It is the last regular season match of the year for the Raiders and a win would secure a GPAC Postseason birth for the second year in a row. 


Scouting Midland

The Warriors are coming off a 2-7 loss against Concordia University. Their only GPAC win of the year has come against Mount Marty to the tune of 8-1.

Midland still has another three GPAC matches left, CSM, Hastings, and Doane. 


Scouting Northwestern

The Red Raiders are coming off a 1-1 weekend where they beat Doane 5-4 and lost to Hastings 4-5. The Raiders had only 5 players for the weekend and in turn, had to forfeit two games per match.

Emma Van Drie has lead the Raiders in GPAC play going 4-2 so far in singles matches and her partnership with Kendra McGinnis has gone 4-2 as well in the conference.

Zoe Holscher has had a good season for the Raiders coming into the last match 7-6 overall and could finish the conference slate 4-3 with a singles win Tuesday.
