The Red Raiders (5-8, 2-4 GPAC) went 1-1 over their weekend trip to Nebraska as they beat Doane University (3-10, 2-3 GPAC) Friday, 5-4 but lost to Hastings College (9-4, 5-0 GPAC), 4-5, on Saturday. The win on Friday put the Raiders in a tight race for the final spots in the GPAC tournament. They are currently in a 3-way tie for the 4th-6th spots. 

The Red Raiders travel to Midland on Tuesday and with a win, would put themselves in a great position to earn a postseason birth. 

Zoe Holscher is now 11th in all-time wins after her 2-0 singles weekend and Kendra McGinnis came so close on Friday to holding 6th place in all-time wins but lost in a tight match that had a first set tiebreak.
