Francis Chooses Northwestern to Continue Basketball Career

Carter Francis (Hull, IA) has signed a letter of intent to continue his basketball career at Northwestern College next year.

Francis is a 6'2" guard who lettered two years for the Boyden-Hull Comets.  As a senior, Francis averaged 7 points, 4 rebound and 3 assists for one the best 2A teams in Iowa.  The Comets finished with a 24-3 record and a second-place finish at the Iowa State Tournament.  Francis earned a spot on the third-team all-conference roster as a senior.  He also excels in the classroom, as he is a part of the National Honor Society.  He plans to major in accounting at Northwestern College.  Francis is the son of Bill and the late Sondra Francis.
