Goslee is a 6'0", 165-pound running back, outside linebacker and safety who played three years for the Park Hill Senior High School football team. Goslee earned all-state accolades after totaling 86 tackles, three quarterback sacks and forced fumble last fall. He was also named all-conference and all-district after leading his team to a 5-5 record. A three-time state qualifier in wrestling and a 2018 district champion, Goslee plans to major in secondary education at Northwestern. He is the son of Michael Goslee and Melissa Goslee.

"Carter is tremendously gifted athlete who could play a number of different positions in our defense," said Northwestern Head Coach Matt McCarty. "Carter is a playmaker who is always around the ball. He plays with a passion that is contagious and we look forward to watching him over the next four years as a Red Raider."
