Ranked 11th in the preseason poll, Northwestern once again occupy the 11th spot in the Nov. 27 coaches' poll. The Red Raiders are off to a 7-1 start to the season, with their only loss a close 92-84 setback on the road to No.5 Dordt.

Northwestern is one of seven teams from the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) recognized in today's poll, joining Concordia (1), Dordt (5), Hastings (6), Morningside (8), Dakota Wesleyan (13) and University of Jamestown (RV).

The top two teams, Concordia and Southeastern (Fla.), both held their spots from the preseason poll. Marian (Ind.) moved up three spots and into third, followed by College of the Ozarks (Mo.) and Dordt, who round out the top five.

Northwestern is off over the Thanksgiving break and will play at Briar Cliff on Wednesday, Dec. 4.
