Last year, the Red Raiders won all three games, earning 111-103 and 83-73 victories during the regular season, and 107-87 in the GPAC quarterfinals. The Bulldogs lost to Dordt 91-73 in their first game after the Christmas break, falling to 1-8 in the conference. They are 8-9 overall, holding a 7-1 record in non-conference games. Concordia's last win was a 70-64 victory over McEwan on Dec. 29, a win that snapped their four-game losing skid.
Limback, in his fifth season as the head of the Concordia program, returns one starter and four players from a 2017-18 squad that finished sixth in the GPAC with an 8-10 record, 17-13 overall. They were picked 10th in the GPAC preseason coaches' poll.Â
