Austin Hendrickson (Carrington, N.D.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his track and field career at Northwestern College next fall. He will also compete for the Red Raider wrestling team. Wrestling Press Release

Hendrickson is a 6'0" middle distance / distance runner who has competed three years for the Carrington High School track and field team heading into this spring. A two-time state qualifier in the 3200m and 4x800 relay, Hendrickson has personal bests of 2:12 in the 800m, 5:00 in the 1600m and 10:42 in the 3200m. An honor roll student, Hendrickson plans to major in business at Northwestern. He is the son of Paul and Kathy.

"Austin is a talented runner who has competed in big races over the course of his career. He will add depth to our distance crew and it will be fun to watch him improve during his time at Northwestern."
