Austin Hendrickson (Carrington, N.D.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his wrestling career at Northwestern College in 2019-20.

Hendrickson is a three-time state qualifier in the state of North Dakota. He is currently 16-4 in his senior year at Carrington High School in the 145-pound weight class. Austin is a 2-time region champion and a 3 time state placer with his highest finish coming in at 5th place his junior year. Hendrickson has amassed over 100 wins while in high school. 

"We wouldn't be more excited to add this 3-time State placer to the team," commented head coach Rik Dahl. "Austin is so much more than a solid wrestler; he is a great young man who will add to our culture. We are blessed to have him pick NWC and look forward to seeing him develop as a Red Raider."

Hendrickson is a honor roll student and plans to study Business Law while at NWC. He also plans to participate in Track.
