Matt Wynne (Norwalk, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue his golf career at Northwestern College next fall.

Wynne has played three years for Des Moines Christian heading into his final season this spring. Wynne earned first team all-conference honors with an 81.2 scoring average and leading his team to a third place finish at the state tournament as a junior. He has a personal best score of 70 and is a member of the honor roll. Wynne plans to major in Nursing at Northwestern and is the son of Ryan and Stephanie.

"Matt is relatively new to the game of golf but his natural skill and work ethic has him improving quickly," commented Northwestern Head Coach Aaron Aberson. "Matt's potential makes him a very exciting addition to this recruiting class. On top of what he brings to our golf team, Matt is an excellent addition to our campus as a leader and student."
