The Red Raiders travel to York, Neb. to face Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference foe York College. Northwestern (0-5) is looking to get in the win column after a rough start to the season. 

Scouting York:

The Panthers (5-0) are coming off a 2-0 win against fellow GPAC foe Mount Marty College. The Panthers have only allowed 1 goal in on the year and have earned 4 straight shutouts.

York has been lead offensively by Carmen Zavala who has 3 goals on the season. Breanna Bembenek is second on the team with 2 goals. 

Cassandra Martinez and Sam Blazek have split time for the Panthers in net and have a combined 4 shutouts, 2 each. 

Scouting Northwestern:

The Red Raiders have four players with a goal each; Sarah Homan, Cherish Shuka, Kadence Cruse, and Maddie Jacob. Nikky Farnsworth has the only assist on the year for the Raiders. 

Time in goal has been split by Macy Kuehler and Destinee Montenegro. The Raiders have struggled to keep teams from scoring on them as they have allowed 19 goals in on the season.

Kickoff Information:

Kickoff is slated for 1:00pm at the Cornerstone Complex. A junior varsity game will follow at 3:30pm.
