Cross To Run Cross Country, Track at Northwestern

Leviticus Cross (Des Moines, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue his cross country and track and field careers at Northwestern College next year.

Cross competed one season in cross country and three years in track and field for Iowa Christian Academy. Cross holds the school record and is a two-time conference champion in the 3200m (10:50) while also earning team most valuable runner honors in cross country last fall. He has personal bests of 5:04 in the 1600m and 17:25 in the 5K. An honor roll student, Cross plans to major in youth ministry and Christian Education at Northwestern. He is the son of Joe and Monica.

"Levi is a talented distance runner who will benefit from having the men on our cross country and track teams pushing him each day," said Northwestern head coach Scott Bahrke. "Levi has tremendous potential and we are excited to welcome him to our teams this fall."
