Ketelsen To Play Tennis At Northwestern

Caleb Ketelsen (Le Mars, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue his tennis career at Northwestern College this fall.

Ketelsen recently completed a standout two-year career playing for Le Mars Community High School. Ketelsen heped lead his team to a state runner-up finish in class 1A as well as both the Lakes Conference and district championships as a junior. He earned all-conference honors in doubles and was awarded the team's most valuable player honors playing in the second spot in both the singles' and doubles' line-up. A member of the National Honor Society and honor roll, Ketelsen plans to major in Athletic Training at Northwestern. He is the son of Randy and Chris.

"Caleb is a solid player with a 6-3 record this past season playing at No.2 singles," commented Northwestern head coach Jonathan Sabo. "He is a consistent hitter, thinks well on the court, and has the heart of a winner. Caleb will be a great addition to our team and the college."
