Game Time...Northwestern College heads to Seward, Neb. for a conference match against Concordia this weekend. First serve on the Bulldogs Tennis Courts is at noon. Northwestern is in fifth place in the current GPAC standings with a 1-2 record, 4-11 overall. Concordia is in seventh place in the GPACÂ with an 0-2 league record, 9-7 overall.
All-Time...Northwestern holds a narrow 10-9 lead in the all-time series against Concordia, dating back to the 1995 season. The Red Raiders have dropped two straight however, and three of the last five. Last year, Northwestern lost 7-2.

Concordia opened conference play with back-to-back 5-4 losses to Doane and Midland , setbacks that snapped a four-game win streak where they defeated Hesston, Friends, Bethany and Nebraska Wesleyan. Coach Reckewey, in his fourth season as the head of the women's and men's tennis programs at Concordia, returns five of the six starters in singles play from a 2017 team that went 3-4 in the GPAC (5th place), 9-13 overall.Â
