Tennis Drops Match To Cedarville

Northwestern College opened its Spring Break trip with a 7-2 loss to Cedarville (Ohio) in a match played in Orlando, Fla. The Red Raiders' two-game win streak is snapped and they fall to 2-5 this season.

Kendra McGinnis picked up a two-set win at No.2 singles, improving to 5-2 on the year. Jacque Ingram improved her team-best record to 6-1 with a tie-break win at No.3 singles.

No.4 Emma Van Drie (2-2) lost to Audra Kearney (4-2), 6-1, 6-0
No.5 Liz Foster (0-3) lost to Meghan Gallogly (0-1), 6-2, 6-0
No.6 Abby Petrick (1-5) lost to Kelly Fischer (0-1), 6-0, 6-0
