Game Time...Northwestern College will play four matches over its Spring Break down in Orlando, Fla. The Red Raiders will begin its break with a match against Cedarville (Ohio) on Tuesday, March 6 and will then play both University of Mary (N.D.) and Judson (Ill.) on Wednesday, March 7. They will then conclude break with a match against Southwest Minnesota State (Mich.) on Thursday March 8.Â
All-Time...The Red Raiders are 0-2 all-time against SWMS, falling to the Mustangs in 2010 (7-2) and in 2007 (6-3). This will be the first ever match-up between Northwestern and the other three teams, Cedarville, University of Mary and Judson.

Cedarville University Yellow Jackets: 2-4   Head Coach: Dr. Dee Morris (12th year)
The Yellow Jackets closed the fall season with a 2-4 record, earning wins over Ohio Wesleyan and Franciscan (Ohio). They lost to Indiana East in their last match, 5-3, on Oct. 10.Â
Cedarville is a member of the NCAA D-II and the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC). They return all six players from a 2016-17 team that finished second in the conference with a 4-2 record, 13-7 overall.Â
Liana English sports a team-best 4-2 record in the top singles spot after earning all-conference and the Freshman of the Year honors last season. Olivia Ancil, Audra Kearney and Rose Thompson all have 3-2 records after the fall season.Â

University of Mary Marauders: 2-4Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Head Coach: Vida Saliendra (6th year)
The Marauders are 2-4 this spring, splitting matches on Feb. 23 - 24 against Southwest Minnesota State (5-4 win) and Minnesota State (6-3 loss). Affiliated with the NCAA Division II, U of Mary is a member of the Northern Sun Conference.Â
Saliendra returns four starters and seven players from a 2016-17 team that finished as the NSICÂ tournament runner-up and a 4-11 record
Christina Bremar posted a 7-4 record played mainly at the No.5 and No.6 slots and returns to the line-up in 2017-18. Eileen DeLong went 8-6 last season, going 4-1 at the No.5 spot. Lucia Bolibruch posted a 4-11 mark, 3-6 at No.2 singles, last season.

Judson Eagles: 3-1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Head Coach:Â Chris Moment (5th year)
The Eagles went 3-1 in four matches last fall and will be making their spring season debut in Orlando, Fla. this week. They have wins over North Central, Aurora and Illinois Wesleyan with a 5-4 loss to Midland.Â
Moment returns five players from a 2016-17 team that finished with a 10-14 record and lost in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference quarterfinals to Purdue University Northwest.Â
Irina Jacob and Ella Binnion both return from last season and are off to 3-0 starts this season. Newcomer Rachel Norgren is 3-1, played mainly in the No.6 slot.

Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs: 3-8Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Head Coach:Â Adam Henning (4th year)
The Mustangs have dropped five consecutive matches this spring, the last two in Orlando to Rockhurst (9-0) and Eckerd (8-1). They are 3-8 overall and are affiliated with the NCAA D-II and Northern Sun Conference.
Henning returns four player from last year's team that finished 1-10 in the conference, 4-18 overall.Â
Cora Delich leads the team with a 5-5 record, all played at the No.2 singles spot. Olivia Watzke is 3-7 overall, 3-4 at No.3 singles.Â
Northwestern Notes...The Red Raiders are 2-4 this season and are coming off a 9-0 win over Buena Vista on Feb. 20 in Storm Lake, Iowa.Â
Jacque Ingram leads the team with a 5-1 record in her first year with the Red Raiders, played at the No.3 spot.
Kendra McGinnis is 4-2 while
