On The Mound

Noah McBride started game one of the twin bill Saturday. McBride went five innings, allowing five hits, three runs, while striking out five. McBride left the game with a 3-3 score. Raphael DeHoyos came in relief and took the loss in this one. He went one inning allowing five hits, four runs, and recording one strikeout. DeHoyos moves to 1-3 record on the season. Mason O'Donnell and Mark Primrose each pitched an inning to finish out the game.

At The Plate

Hits were tough to come by as the Raiders only managed five hits. Reed Smith walked three times which led to him scoring two runs. Michael Callahan, Matt Martin, Christian Stekl, Dustin Gaither, and Zachary Rosson all had hits in the game.

On The Mound

Alec Rickabaugh made his 2^nd start of the season. Rickabaugh went 4 2/3 innings allowing eight hits and four runs. Nick Stimson came in relief in the 5^th inning with runners on 2^nd and 3^rd and stranded both runners. He pitched a scoreless 6^th inning before allowing one run in the 7^th. Victor Mena came in for Stimson and didn't allow a hit. Tanner Ortlund finished the game allowing no hits, but walking two and hitting two which allowed two more Presentation runners to score. Rickabaugh takes the loss and his record now falls to 0-1.

At The Plate

Christian Stekl was the only Raider with two hits. Dustin Gaither drove in the only run of the game which was scored by Stekl in the 9^th. Reed Smith, Mitchell Kresnik, and AJ Nitzschke each had one hit.
