The Red Raiders dropped their GPAC match Saturday against College of Saint Mary 1-0

Northwestern out shot the Saints 13-12 but could not find the back of the net. 

The tight match went into overtime where the Flames earned a penalty kick and Kennedy Cascio was able to finish the chance to put CSM in front of NWC in the GPAC standings.

"We are struggling to find the back of the net and sadly, that can become a hard rut to get out of," commented head coach Ben Karnish. "We sadly gave them one good chance and they took advantage of it. Tough to lose that way but hopefully our gals can rebound for a big game Wedneday."

The Raiders travel to Dakota Wesleyan University Wednesday in another tough GPAC matchup.
