Northwestern College played College of Saint Mary Saturday evening. Northwestern lost the contest 0-2 against an opportunistic Flames crew. Â Northwestern is now 9-5 overall and now 5-1 in the conference.
Northwestern had some opportunities in this match with five total corner kicks on the night and 13 attempted shots.  Unfortunately for the Raiders only three shot attempts landed on goal. Cherish Henry, Jennifer Inge, and Sarah Homan had the best chances to put Raiders on the board, but were denied.
College of Saint Mary took 16 shots with five shots on goal. Â Both goals for the Flames came after the 85th minute.Â
Flames keeper Morgan Dillon recorded three saves and is credited with a shutout.
Keeper Madison Fordyce recorded three saves.
