Gwen Mikkelsen, Softball

Mikkelsen swung a hot bat on the week in Northwestern's six games, hitting at a mark of .524 (11-for-21) and reaching base at a clip of .522.
She notched five extra base hits in the 21 at-bats, including four doubles and a home run, while driving in five runs.
She also scored seven runs herself, while going 2-for-3 on stolen bases.
The Arizona native is the third Raider softball player to earn Raider Female Athlete of the Week honors this year.
