Allison Koontz, Softball
  • Koontz (Fr., Glenwood, Iowa) had a strong showing in her debut, pitching 14.2 innings with a .95 ERA. and credited with a 3-1 record.
  • The freshman pitched a seven-inning shutout against York allowing two hits, one walk, and a strikeout.
  • Koontz also pitched five innings in a tight 2-1 win over Mount Mercy, allowing five hits, one run, and a strikeout.
