Northwestern College Athletics

2020: All-American and school record holder in the 60m hurdles (6th place); national qualifier in both 60m hurdles and 600m; all-conference in three events (60m hurdles, 400m, 4x400); GPAC runner-up and school record holder in the 60m hurdles; won three races and finished in the top 10 nine times; holds seventh fastest 400m and ninth fastest 600m in program history. 

2019: national qualifier in the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles (outdoor); and 60m hurdles (indoor); all-conference in four events (100m hurdles, 400m hurdles, 4x100, 60m hurdles); GPAC Runner-up in 100m hurdles; competed in 13 meets (7 outdoor, 6 indoor), 16 top 10 finishes; four 1st place finishes. 

2018: competed in two meets.

2017: national qualifier in both the 100m and 400m hurdles; earned all-conference in four events, one indoor (55m hurdles) and three outdoor (100m hurdles, 400m hurdles and 4x400); competed in 12 meets with 22 top 10 finishes; won three events. 

High School: multi-sports standout who starred four years for the Sioux Rapids High School track and field team; won the state championship in the 100m hurdles and was the state runner-up in the 400m hurdles as a junior; finished seventh at the Drake Relays and was the state runner-up in the 100m hurdles in 2014; has personal bests of 15.09 in the 100m hurdles, 65.4 in the 400m hurdles, 27.36 in the 200m and 17’1” in the long jump; averaged a team-best 3.5 kills, 1.8 digs and totaled 82 blocks and 28 ace serves in earning first team all-conference honors as a senior in volleyball; all-district and all-area selection as a senior;  second team all-conference pick as junior.

Academic: Public Relations major. Personal: daughter of Arden and Brenda; also played volleyball for the Red Raiders as a freshman.
