2018: 3x NAIA All-American; NAIA Scholar Athlete; NAIA runner-up in both the 1000m and 4x800 (indoor); Drake Relays champion in distance medley; GPAC Champion in the 4x800 (outdoor) and mile; NAIA Scholar Athlete; 4x GPAC Runner of the Week; all-conference in five events (4x800, 1000m, mile, 800m, 1500m); VanderStoep Award winner; school record holder 800m, 1000m, Mile, 4x800 and Distance Medley.

2017: 3x All-American; placed fourth in the 1000m and fourth in the 4x800m at NAIA Indoor Nationals; finished third and school record holder in the 800m at NAIA Outdoor Nationals; GPAC Champion in the 800m and 4x800 (Outdoor); GPAC runner-up in the 1500m; earned all-conference five times; named CoSIDA Academic All-District; Drake Relays Champion in the 4x800; competed in 14 meets with 25 top 10 finishes; won 11 events. 

2016: NAIA All-American as a member of the 4x800 relay (outdoor); all-conference honors in three events (4x800-indoor/outdoor; 800m (outdoor); competed in 12 meets and finished in the top 10 19 times; two first place finishes.

2015: earned all-conference honors as part of a 4x800 relay that placed fifth at the conference championship; competed in seven meets and placed in the top 10 five times.

High School: earned a combined eight letters for the Ankeny High School cross country and track and field teams; three-time state qualifier in cross country and was named the team’s most valuable runner as a senior; qualified for the Drake Relays as a member of the 4x800 three years and as a member of the 4x400 relay as a senior; member of the Drake Relays runner-up 4x800 relay as a junior;  four-time state qualifier, placing eighth in the 4x800 as a senior and 10th in the 800m; finished fourth in the 4x800 relay at the state meet as a junior. 

Academic: Nursing major. Personal: daughter of Brad and Kelli; sister to Emily, Sarah, Megan and Jake; also a member of the Red Raider cross country team.
