Jacob Lucy is a 2018 graduate of Simpson College.The Des Moines, Iowa native is on staff as a graduate assistant and will also take the lead as the JV team head coach.
Lucy's time at Simpson was full of coaching experience as he was a student assistant coach for the Simpson men's soccer program. He also was the JV boys coach at Ankeny Centennial High School in Ankeny, Iowa.Â
"Northwestern has been a blessing to me, both as a person and as a coach. The opportunity to encourage and empower a group of amazing young women like this is rare and exciting. Northwestern has the power to change lives and both the academic and athletic staffs work hard to do this. I am very thankful to coach alongside an Athletic Department staff that values building up young people in such a way."
