2020: did not compete during the indoor season.
2019: competed in six meets during the outdoor season; six top 10 finishes.
2018: competed in five meets with five top 10 finishes.
2017: competed in six meets during the outdoor season; posted 11 top 10 finishes.
High School: multi-sports standout who competed six years for the James Valley Christian track and field team; has personal bests of 12.1 in the 100m, 24.9 in the 200m and 55.5 in the 400m; played five years in basketball; earned second team all-state honors after averaging 16.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game as a senior; named first team all-conference both his junior and senior years and received honorable mention all-conference honors as a sophomore;Â
Academic: Exercise Science major.
Personal:Â son of Alan and Linda; brother to Abby, Ryan and Landon; also a member of the Red Raider basketball team.
