2023-24: competed in four meets ...set personal bests in the 800m (2:10.64) and 5K (17:19.26)
2022-23: competed in two indoor meets.
High School:Â earned a combined eight letters competing for the Sioux Center cross country and track and field teams; qualified for the state cross country meet three times, placing among the top 15 runners in class 2A as both a sophomore and junior; earned all-state honors twice and helped lead his team to a third place finish in 2018 and fourth place in 2017.
