Northwestern College Athletics

2018: All-American and GPAC Champion in the steeplechase; All-Conference in three events; competed in 11 meets with nine top 10 finishes.

2017: did not compete.

2016: national qualifier as a member of the distance medley; GPAC Champion in the steeplechase; earned all-conference honors in four events (Steeple, 5K, Mile and 3K); competed in 12 meets with 14 top 10 finishes.

2015: competed in six meets and finished in the top 10 six times.

High School: lettered four years running for the North Polk High School cross country and track and field teams; qualified for the state cross country meet as junior and senior, finishing 11th as part of the runner-up team as a junior; qualified for the state track meet in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m placing third in the 3200m run and seventh in the 1600m run as a senior.

Academic: International Business major. Personal: son of Richard and Michele; brother to Joy; also lettered/national qualifier for the Red Raiders cross country team.
